HELP.. CLIO WILLIAMS REMOVING DISTRIBUTOR FOR COIL PACK

I have a williams with coil pack, i want to remove the distributor will it be ok or do i need some sort of blanking plate, if so where can i get one from, any help would be great,cheers

Just leave the old dizzy casing round it pointing down

i was hoping to remove it completly so i can try and mount the coil pack in place..
