Help meeting noise test requirements

Ok I slammed an Ashley Competition cat back system on my de-catted 172 and yeah it does sound nice but I hit 98dB static at Bedford the other day at circa 3000rpm and the car could be heard all the way around the west circuit from the pit lane :s

They set up a drive by noise test and for that I was 86dB in an 87dB limit and that was on a cool down lap.....

So whats my options? A mid system silencer or is that gonna affect performance. Anyone any experience of this?

Think that could be what I need? Jetex Universal Silencer?
