Help - snapped off content

Was undoing all the cam carrier? bolts on my soon to be fitted head and this happened....

Brilliant! Was only using a small bar instead of a ratchet handle (same sorta size) and bam clean off.
Any ideas how i can get this out? Drill? need the head off asap as its being fitted in january.

hit it and get a stong magnet, the remaining bit should come out quite easily

If not try a vacuum cleaner whilst tapping it with a hammer

hardened steel will shatter if heated then centre punched. useful for getting taps out.

Good old Mk1's... those bolts are buggers for claiming tools like that. This is why we buy Snap-On as the warranty replaces them when it happens.
