for your wheels id just use high solid gloss black that dont require laquiring.

for prepping door bullets, 1500 aint coarse enough tbh for either prepping or flatting primer. only thing 1500 is good for is flatting laquer to remove imperfections

you want between p600 or p1200 to prep primer and the moulding. personally id use p320 dry on the moulding then wetflat the primer with p800

and you can pick up a bigger can of primer for about half that price off ebay

for your wheels, if its just to change colour and they dont have any chips/flakes/kerbing etc then red scotch brite will be the easiest to prep them up.

if they do have paint damage then use 600 wet and dry paper. you can paint over anything thats prepped with 600 and higher 800/1000/1200/1500 as they wont leave scratches too deep that will show through the laquer

Alright so my wheels are pretty scratched so I should buy 600 wet and dry then primer paint and lacquer ?

if they are light scratches like finger nail deep then 600 wet would take them out, but like maxim said if they are kerb guages then they will need filling and sanding with something coarser

pics would help
