Hey guys and girls
I'm David from Australia. I have to be honest with you and say that I don't own a Clio (yet)! They aren't very common here in this country, and most guys my age (25) only take note of locally made V8 heavy cars or the regular Jap turbo imports. I've had my fair share of imports (and turbo related problems) and now these Clio Sport X65 Phase 2's look very appealing to me.
Do you guys recommend them for a young guy to use (sensibly) as his daily driver and to fullfill the usual male cravings for speed on the racetrack?
I'm particularly concerned about servicing costs / parts and reliability.
Would I be asking too much of a 7 year old Renault to go track racing 3-5 times a year?
(Btw if there are any aussies here who have taken their car to wakefield raceway, PM me)
Cheers!
