Whats with the 4cly motors in this thread?? The lotus engine on the dyno sounds like any other shopping car at full chat imo.

In years to come, 4 cylinders will be a noise of dreams as everyone pootles about in 3-door hatchbakcs the size of an Avantime, powered by a 2-cylinder 660cc quad-turbo.

It'll make 190hp, but in almost complete silence.

STILL, thread is primarily for > 4 cylinders, unless they have a red-line worth talking about (above 9k).

Probably steps out of bounds of the NA appeal of this - and it's not exactly running yet LOL.

But this revs to well over 10k.. with 830WHP and over 1000ftlbs of torque. Just had a new HKS oil pump at £1,800.

That's 4 standard F4R engines from a breakers...for an oil pump

Any one want to guess what turbo that is lol.

Well its far too small for a T51R. A GT42R is probably about the right size for 10k and the resulting BHP, so I'll go for that.
