The baffles are probably falling apart, mine sure are but in the mid pipe and the backbox, sound like cack.

defo not back box and is defo coming from the "Mid pipe" if thats what its called :S ? i take it i would need to buy a new part to fix it...?

but i need to buy a new "mid pipe", is there a better one i could buy, performance wise... if im buying one i might aswell go all out and buy a better one!

I had this problem on a k-tec stealth system. Just contact them its a fault there aware of. Dodgy welding on the internals on a batch of them. They sent me a new one out and thats been fine.

ok cool thanks. take it, ti wouldnt cost me anything as its under lifetime garantee..?

Give Dave a call, he should sort you out right, you still have receipt at hand just incase?

yea i have the reciept, but it was bought by the owner before me. still should be ok tho shouldnt it..

mine did this on astandard exhaust.
it did it on a full SS system.
i removed most of the heat shields. it still does it.

i have no idea what does it. im even thinking about wrapping the exhaust to see if it stops it!

remove the center section and get a piece of piping put in ! Did it to my Standard 182 exhaust and had no rattles since then,
