holidays disconnecting battery?!?

I'm not gonna use the car for the next 10 days.....
How long does one have to be away in deciding to disconnect the car battery to keep it from running down? will it reset the engine computer? What is the prevailing thinking on this subject? Thanks

i'd keep the battery on,if you're gonna be about then start the engine at least once. if temperatures get really cold then it might not start after 10 days of no use. if you're gonna be away,ask a mate to start it for you. thats what i'd do anyway
