Yep boring subject but just want a general opinion, I'm looking at getting either the BT verve 500, or the IDECT X3i , anyone know anything about these phones? Ie Are they rubbish? Or both ok?

I hate technology but my current home phone is a bag of spanners, you can hardly hear people on the other end of the line.

I bought the Idect x1 twin set - they're totally s**t & I would never buy an Idect phone ever again. Total waste of money.

I took the idect back and swapped for the BT synergy 4500, some useful features of the 4500 is making handsfree calls and a sim card reader built into the main base so you can transfer your contacts from your mobile.
