ok black borders......you need to increase the canvas size..."alt ctrl+ C"
I usually select 120% top and bottom...ensure you select black.( or any other colour you wish)...

you can always add a stroke to give it that extra little finish.......= duplicate the layer....click on the top pic whilst holding "ctrl", this will auto select the outilne of the top layer....right click...stroke ...5pixels....white.

job done

chris...if you have some good shots that need a little tweaking PS feel free to add them in here......I am not the best at "tweaking" but will def give it my best shot!!!
just make sure the original shots are good

could you remove the colour from the background and just leave the car?
