Hotmail / Windows Live

The other half can't read her emails ever since her hotmail changed to windows live?

My email is still the old hotmail style and works fine....

Tried changing the encoding to western european from unicode like it says on it's help page but still all her emails appear blank?

Anyone else had any trouble?

Is there anyway to change it back to the old style?

On the home page where it shows you loads of stuff including your top three emails, If I click on any of them it works....

But then if you click the up/down arrow the next email will be blank again.

At least I can get to read the top three i.e. any new emails but it's still not working as it should....
