How do I remove all of the Bump strips

Any 1 got any ideas can they all be removed i wanna take them off an 03 plated dynamique to get them colour coded by removing them save some money in the body shop please if any one knows let the rest of us know????????????????????

The rear ones slide forward, the front ones slide back. leaving some nice holes.



Be careful of those clips now

Excellent ta for that what about the front and rear bumpers can the bump strips be removed or does the whole bumper have to go to the body shop?

Is there a gap in the bodywork when you take them off, id like to see what the clio looks like with no bumpstrips?I thought it might make the arches look wider..

right

the front bumpstrips are in 3 sections, they have clips all the way along

middle - 6 top, 6 bottom and 3 middle

both sides - 3 top, 3 bottom and a slide clip at the edge

havent been able to figure out the rear bumper yet, yet ive have it off the car for almost 3weeks
