How Do I Remove The Heat / Sound Shielding off The inside of The Bonnet On MY 182?

Summat bounced off the bonnet yesterday whilst I was on the Motorway & has lift a nice ding in my bonnet.

How do I remove the black felting off the inside of the bonnet to see if I can push it out?? Do thos black retaining studs come off?? If so how??

From memory they just pull out with a flat bladed screw driver. Then you can remove the sound deadening.
