Car  FF182 Brembo Max, BMC CDA
Hey guys,

I want to paint my calipers but I dont know how, obv you take the wheel off after jacking but then how do you remove them? is it hard?

People say leave the calipers on when you paint but i want to apint all of it I want it to look good.

Please can someone go through it in simple mans terms.

nah i didn't mate, just give them a quick wash, n scrape with a wire brush, then paint them with a paint brush. don't paint the rubber though 2 coats if u use a light colour

i used some kind of hamerite when i did my valver, and left the calipers on

wire brush on a drill to get it to a good base, then plenty of degreaser/washing up liquid to clean then rinse with loads of water.

Hammerite smooth needs around 2 hours between coats. I put quite a few on mine. Only problem is cleaning the damn things! They get black again very quickly.
