How do you remove the relays in the engine bay?

I need to swap the 3 black ones around in my 172 to try and diagnise why my car won't start, but I can't see how to get the relays out? I've pulled straight up but they don't budge? Is there a clip or something holding them in? Am I missing something?

Nope, no clips, they're just tight.

Flat bladed screwdriver underneath and gently lever up.

Cheers. They really are tight! But got them out with a screwdriver.

Hasn't fixed my issue though
