how does a liquid 182 turbo sound?

this is my plan for next apr/may time

altho early days,i have started slowly making my 182 into exactly what i want it to be

so far

just a pirpercross viper induction kit

to follow in next month(hopefully all before FCS)


v6 spoiler(provisionally bought)
carbon splitter
yozzasport exhaust
rs tuning remap

after this a will leave it for sometime

then in 3/4 months time i will purchase recaro seats for it,probably buying from demon tweeks if none come up for sale on ebay or here,also want to put some 16'' white wheels on it but yet to decide on which one i like,and importantly before next spring time uprated brakes


and next spring time what the heck


turbo fitted from ktec racing

waste of money, yes! you only live once, yes!

and then i think ill be happy

personally, I think its a HUGE waste of cash. Virtually everyone who has turbo'd or throttle bodied an RS clio has either :

Sold it soon after
Crashed
Not been able to afford to run it
Had no end of trouble with the car

why bother with the remap when you're going to buy a turbo conversion later anyways

seem like a waste of £300 to me, when it'll be useless at running a blower

other than that....good stuff

Best thing is to speak to people on here who have done it and see what the running is like x amount of time after doing the conversion

i wouldnt, probably because its yellow.. i reckon its a special colour, so will sell quite easliy etc, be quite sought after, but not with a turbo..

Only do it if you plan on not selling the car for a long time, as you will invest alot of money which if the truth be known will actually devalue the car, and what i mean by that is you are making it appealable to a very very niche market.

I certainly wouldn't touch a turbo charged car, that started life as a naturally aspirated with a barge pole, unless it was a supercharged Honda B18 or K20a lol.

I wouldnt even bother with the respray but agree with ali, lol.

If those are your plans mate, sell the liquid yellow and buy dave1341's black 182 turbo.

Most of the glitches have been sorted on it, and for 13k you're laughing. Fit recaros, trophy wheels and some h&r's, and you have a near perfect car.
