How hard is it to remove a 197 bumper?

Not going to lie, an absolute mechanic novice - how difficult a job is this?

Headlight bulb change time. I've done passenger side by removing air intake etc but there isn't enough room to put the rubber seal back on so looks like the light unit has to come out! :(

Not sure how different it is to a non sport but mine is a piece of piss, albeit time consuming.
Jack up front end, take front wheels and arch liners off. Bolts inside wheel arches and those plastic push-pins under the front of the bonnet. A good tug and it's off.

Look for the 182 bumper removal guide.

I imagine ours are the same.

It's fiddly but you can get the 182 ones off with the wheels on full lock.

Two bolts behind the front arch liners

Two bolts on the under tray

I forget the amount holding the top bit of the bumper under the bonnet.
