How is the std 182 airbox supposed to be mounted?

Noticed today that the airbox in my car isn't really bolted to anything!

There appears to be a bolt just behind the grill and one at the rear of the box, but it looks like I need some sort of rubber grommet in there? Can anyone explain how it should be fitted? Pictures would be very helpful!

There is indeed a rubber grommet with a steel dowel through the middle of it. The grommet slots in to the airbox mounting front and back of it and then bolt to brackets attached to the ECU and the front of the support bar that runs past the battery.
