How long / many miles to bed in new Exhaust system + Decat

Have bought a new GDI exhaust system for my cup with a Jansport Deca, just wondering how long it would roughtly take to full bed in,

ive heard that the sound changes the longer you have them fitted

couple of weeks of regular use and the metalic noise goes a bit... that could just be my engine noise though, but it's no longer as obvious, it roars more than anything now though
