Why the thought of selling?

So as some people might know im on the edge of selling my trophy once the work has been done and the list is massive.

As the car is going for sale here is just some of the spare parts I have which are all in very good working order and im wondering what sort of price you would put on this ? Hoping to sell as a package with the car but no idea what to ask for it.

All that lot has to be worth two or three k. But I think you'll be hard pressed to find someone who will want it all with the car as the bees for spares is very low with the condition of the car. For maximum gains you'd obviously be best selling it separately but that's mucho hassle.

Christ there is a load of monies worth in that little lot I’m bloody sure. arch liners alone have go to be worth nearly £100! Given they are hard to come by. Turini’s are fetching anywhere around £650 if mint, but can’t remember seeing trophy specific ones sell in an age!

2010 RS 200 Clio 63,000 miles, one owner before me, bought her off Collecting Cars in October 2020.

Good bits: Ktec did the drop links, big service etc in January. Milltek catback exhaust fitted during my ownership. Will come with a years MOT

Not so good bits: lots of chips on original alloys. Rear bumper has marks on it where I reversed into a pillar …

Probably should sell it as I have too many cars, even though I love it.

Thinking of selling my 172 flamer, it's not the tidiest paint wise, 90k miles with some service history but not comprehensive. Interior is pretty decent and standard bar some small tweaks - Volantech wheel with cruise and speed limiter mod, original wheel still with it. Exterior has refurbed cup turinis with 15mm front spacers and 10mm stub axle rears.

I've fully stripped and Bilt Hamber treateted the underside and petrol cap area, fuel tank out, with beam powdercoated and full flexi lines. Rear quarters good but front jacking points are a bit bent as they all are.

Cup spoiler, cup shocks and Grams springs.

What do you guys think it's worth?

I'm a pessimist , I'll never be happy. I'm not certain on selling it but its an expensive ornament at the moment

Do you reckon Russ, I know I view it with the rose tinted glasses off but maybe...I have just replaced the 3 windscreen rubbers so why not the top one is tough with the screen in but a bit of silicone grease did it.

I really am surprised at that, I've lost track of 1*2 prices of late but thought the fuel and general cost of living thing would hit cars like this a bit.
