How To Create A Dual Boot System?

I have Vista RC2 on one hard drive and XP Pro on another hard drive.

The Vista RC2 hard drive has come out of a dead PC, so what I want to do is put it into the XP Pro one and be able to chose on startup which is use.

Possible? How?
