How to fit a cup spoiler to a 172

Can anyone do a quick guide to taking off the standard 172FF spoiler and fitting a cup spoiler please.

search ,its been done to death

its not hard remove old one fit new one (youll need a longer bit of washer jet pipe tho)

trust me fella its easy!!!

I taken the full fat spoiler off, that was easy. But I need the little plastic washer jet for the new spoiler, how the hell do you take it off??

Push it out from the back as its located with a square retaining piece,also what did you use for the pipe extension??

The guy I bought it off has sent 6 inch piece of piping, the same as the washer jet piping I'll give it a go now cheers bud
