How to fit rear adjustable Platforms (Fk's)

Finally Arrived today after a 4week wait, but havnt got a clue how to fit them,

I kno up to the part to remove old springs by droppin the rear beam down, then this is the weird part, as theres 2 rubber nipples which you can remove, but were does the Bolt side go into :S

remove the lower rubbers from the car, undo the large bolt on the adjuster platform, remove that and the large washer, now fit the platform over the "nipple" on the lower arm (whack with hammer) insert bolt and washer from below, easy
