How to fit rear seat covers? :@

Whats the best way to cut out the seatbelt holes on some universal seat covers , they look nice and fit real well looks like real leather seats as now , but i dont want them to tear any further than where i cut them any suggestions guys? , thanks aston

They're only temporary till i get them covered properly but its gunna be a couple of months so :/
