how to laquer satin black?

hi all, wanna paint a few little bits of my evo in satin black, got the paint but need to know how to laquer it without making it gloss...

its on the exterior so needs to be protected somehow...

any help?

eg like this:

im thinking these are satin NOT matt as ive looked on the BBS website and they are listed as satin...

P.S. im not doing wheels, just for illustration purposes only

You can get matt lacquer.

Hmmm you can but I wouldn't recommend it.

It's like lacquering over matt black car, doesn't happen.
