How to remove old and fit aftermarket steering wheel

His guy's well my airbag has deployed and i have taken it out i was told by. Brian R that I may need the whole clock spring capsule and that is going to cost me a good bit of £££. On top of the secend hand airbag and having to get the serv/airbag light reset. So how easy is it to go from this.

I assume it was involved in an accident?

If so you will need a new airbag module and front drivers pretensioners at the very least. May also require rear pretensioners (although these can be programmed out by a diagnostics guy).
