How to remove Rain X smearing?

Can anyone help? Previous to my ownership the T has had Rain X on the windscreen and it's starting to smear.

I've washed and clayed but no joy... Do I need some form of solvent to get rid perhaps? Can anyone recommend anything, I want to Gtechniq it at some point.

Do you know it's rainx and not another glass sealant?

​An ipa based glass cleaner will be a good start, also use it to clean your wiper blades.

Use a simple hand polish. Double panel wipe wipedown. Apply 3 layers of G1 5 minutes apart. Remove residue with panel wipe.
