How To Sync Outlook For Mac Calendar With iPhone 5 wirelessly??

So at work on my Macbook Pro I use MS Office for Mac.

How the hell can I sync this wirelesly with my phone. All google tells me is to plug it in every single time I make a change.

Surely in this day and age there is a way to do it?

Any 3rd party apps?

Sync what?

What are you using outlook to do?
Ideally you need to sync outlook to something and then sync the phone to that.

Example; Outlook set up to manage a google calendar and then the phone is synced directly to the calendar itself, bypassing outlook entirely.
