How to take off rear wiper?

anyone know exactly how to do this......I know there is a nut under the plastic cap but once thats off its still fixed on - do I need some brute strength + WD40 or is there something else ?

If you mean to change the blade it unclips.
If you mean the whole piece then it will be on a tapered thread,you can buy a puller that will make it easy or try and lever it from side to side with a screwdriver, careful not to damage the paint or glass though.

thanks got it off with a lot of WD40 and pryed it off left to right,

I called renault to see if they could help - but they said they aren't allowed to give any advice over the phone.....

well this is why I needed to take it off....sprayed that plastic trim...

Nice one I needed to know this That plastic bit in the pic has gone really grey on mine. Is that gloss black you sprayed it? Will be good to see some pics of it fitted.
