Hybrid project common question

Hello guys. I have a hybrid project in mind, 172/182 lump in an mk1. I know this is a commonly asked question, and I swear i used the search function, but it seems that I can't find the complete answer. SO a pretty straight forward question:

What do I need to fit the 172 lump in the MK1 Shell?

Im talking subframe,box,ecu,struts,braces, EVERYTHING i need!
