after alot of test drives and contemplation and the missus nagging ive just decided to keep the cup and spend some money on zorst induction kit and stereo instead.

also..... ive just rejoined the club via paypal how long will it take to become a member again?

Get a de-cat/magnex/r sport ecu/panel filter or enclosed IK you wouldnt beleive the difference between a Cup with those mods and a standard 172/Cup.

I raced some ones standard 172 off here at Crail (who claims low 6s to 60) he ripped me off the line as I did a 2.6 60 ft (first run of day) but as soon as I put it in 2nd I left him for dead (I mean embarrassingly so) he crossed line @ 89 mph and I crossed line @ 98 (his times/terminals were on par with some Cups ive seen run at Crail) Says it all really, simple mods make a huge difference on these cars.
