Just like to say hi to everyone,and intoduce myself to everybody.
Just brought a 04 182 cliosport,lovin every bit of my new go cart, hehe.
I was wondering if anyone has 18 rims on there clio's, if so do they have any troubles with them hitting the gaurds or anything like that. Thinking about getting some very soon. Would like to know what people think. Cheers Ben,

Hi. Welcome to the forum. I wouldnt go for 18's on a clio as it would ruin the cars performance and look far to big.

But then again, its sometimes nice to be different instead of a sheep.

Sometimes it is nice to be different...but wearing shoes that are 2 sizes too big and made of concrete isn't going to make going for a run pleasant.

Thanks everybody for your thoughts on the idea of 18s on a clio, What i really wanted was 17s anyway.The rims that I want r availible in 17s anyway,was just a great deal on the 18s, $1000 or so a set at the moment. So no one on the forum has 18s on there clios?.

I don't think I've ever seen one on this forum. The biggest are 17" on the 197/200. Megane's obviously have 18" and the V6 but I don't think I've ever seen 17 or 18 on a 172/182.

i have had a friend who had 19's on her clio several years back (it was a 1.4 dynamique)

if i remember correctly anything over 17" requires the arches to be rolled etc etc...
