Nothing wrong wit the good old fashioned Contis with the sidewall protection.....and they are £57 a corner, know what id have.

Ive found my Contis to be good all-round grippy tyres.

I agree - a good tyre, Yokos are a bit too soft I think.

My last Contis did 8k, I thought that that was bad until I spoke to others who have gone through them quicker!

My 172 has toyo proxes t1s and there fab,not let me down yet...

you must do, i only got 6k out of my fronts and i have a mate who only got 3k out of them and that was all road use no track days or 1/4 miles
