I don't think my exhaust is standard?!

I was in my friends 172 yesterday and noticed how much quieter is was than mine under accelaration. There was no deep booming as such through any of the gears and it's made me wonder...! I've only had the car about a month and whilst all of the necessary paperwork was included, there were no recipts for modifications. I'm wondering if there is anyway of me telling by looking at the exhaust? It sounds bloody meaty!

Oh, and it's not an iduction kit/panel filter noise as this is standard - fitting my Simota tonight though

HAH! Yeah, I've read some right old rusty stories on here since I've been a member. I'll get some pictures up asap.

it may be similar to what i have, a "standard" exhaust from kwik-fit.
