just spoke to some woman on the phone and she said they are sold out, i explained that r ang up imediately after placing the order to check if they were in stock or whetehr i would need a security check and th ebloke said no everything is fine.. she said its showing nothing up about that on their system.

i asked her what sort of customer service you call that? she said well it must have gone to out of stock while i was ordering it, it does happen.

i said i wont ever be buying from you again and hung up on the b**ch.

disgusting service. if its out of stock then why havent they contacted me about my order?!

I got an email from them smack on 4:00pm which says confirmation of order received... hoping i'm ok.

like i say, I think its BS, I ordered the cable after the HD-DVD drive, the cable has been dispatched, the HD-DVD has not, both were in stock when ordered.

king kong was only included in the first batch until stocks lasted, there was a sticker on the box so they keep the same box once they ran out etc. so you guys might not get it i'm afraid.

play are crap, i hate them after the crap they pulled at christmas, they are nowhere enar as good as they used to be when they were play247 and trying to impress people, oh the good old days!
