Hi i wanna know if there are any integrated units that take up two shelfs on the center console.. preferably with a touch screen or sat nav but must have the ability to play cds mp3 and be control to some degree by the steering mount controls and also be able to possible connect to an external dvd changer.

curently got cd player with cd changer but as you can see they are the most functional dull basic etc.. units. i want to get rid of both and insert a single unit which will perfectly fill the two empty slots.

anyone ? price isnt a massive issue but i just need to fill both slots with a device that is a bit of jack of all trades.. satnav would be cool but if not then DVD + CD with cool large screen (not motorised screen)

ohh im not up on the speak but i think the termanology is double din ? any good satnav or dvd doulbe din ?

well you can get quite a few double DIN units, not my place to suggest, but id avoid sony

you can also get an autoleads fascia that you can slot in place which creates a gap big enough to fit a single DIN unit

choice is yours

sony used to be good many years ago eg their xs ranges. now they cater for the chav market lol.

panasonic do a motorised screen for around 500, and underneath this you could attach a panasonic dvd player, costs around 300. would take up both spaces and youd be able to expand on it. hasnt got touch screen though.

you could always get a normal one din slide out screen that wouldnt scream steal me quite so much as a double din unit, and then have a cubby hole underneath for stuff, or better still blank it off put some cool swictches in it for other screens or something!!

very good quality screen, tilt motion to angle it up a lil bit is pretty cool to!

i sell a few of these a month (they are popular) but dont come cheap!

im not gonna go into details, but basically it retails at 1500 for the screen alone, then 1500 for the sat nav, then 300 for TMC then fitting on top of that...

however we do a package price including fitting for 2400, it will look absolutely mint in there mate! only prob is it aint removable and u can see it as obvious as day if u dont have tints etc, but then again, thats like most standard fitted sat nav systems u see nowadays!

& yes mate, its a DVD/CD all in one, the screen slides down for the dvd to go in behind! then the sat nav box gets hidden somewhere with the european disk that comes included! pm me for more details if you want.
