Iceberg 172

Haven't posted on here in aaaaages, so i thought i'd post an update to where the car is at.

February has been an expensive month for the clio, having had to renew the front and rear disks and pads,
Service & plugs,
and new front suspension dampers.

I opted all for genuine renault parts as they should last much longer.

I've still got to fit the front dampers.

Anyway, here's a few pictures i've taken and quite like.

Near future, i'm thinking about changing the colour, but need some suggestions?

It's covered in stone chips and scratches, and i'll be honest... I'm not a massive fan of silver cars haha!

Just sell it and buy the colour you want IMO.

To paint it right is gonna cost the best part of 2k and 2k plus what you'd get for yours buys a lot of Clio these days.

Looks nice mate, i dont normaly like silver myself but think the iceberg 172 look realy nice. How much were your new dampers? My mate has got an iceberg and was thinking about going back to standard suspension so an idea of cost would be nice. Thanks

£80 for the pair from Renault. (although my mate got me them though his work so got them cheaper)

Well, this hasn't been updated for a while..

Recent things to happen include, new subframe, wishbones, ball joints, track rod ends and a service.

More importantly this also happened..

Next on the massive list is a new exhaust as mine is ruined.

It had little marks on just about every panel, and I wasn't the biggest fan of the silver so thought why not!

It looks great, but if I were going for a re-spray, id go for a rare/unique colour, but thats just me

I've no idea mate. A friend of mine gave me it. Not sure where he got it, although I'll find out for you.
