instructions on how to change spark plugs on a cup 172

Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to change the spark plugs on a cup 172? Also what spark plugs are best?

Theres a few guides on here i think, do i quick search, i changed mine on my cup a while back, real easy to do, remember to torque the spark plugs up though, and the plugs you want are NGK PRFE-10
