One thing im not quite sure of is insurance coverage... Right if you add anything to the car like an Induction kit for example... if you dont tell the insurance company does this mean that that particular part is not covered or is the entire insurance invalid? Cause i have heard different stories and of someone who didnt declare alloys and had to pay the insurance company the difference b4 they wud dish out for his wrote off corsa. Im with cis at the mo and they dont charge me for avin my exhaust, was just wondering the best way to add new things to it without it increasing the premium. Thanks.

Well i thought that if you did not tell your insurance about any modifcations, your insurance policy would be invalid and they would not pay out..

So if you hit a child, you would be paying for the rest of your life so i guess. I dont think there is any best ways of adding things without increasing the premium.. Unless you want to sweet talk them might work :) Worked for me!

The insurance companies i looked into do not insure the modifcations that you add.. therefore they will not replace them if you crash, but you need to tell them.

any idea how much it would cost to add a set of 17's to a policy?
