interchangeable memory card for PSP & K750i?

Right ive just got hold of a free k750i and thought might aswell make the most of it, i already have a psp with 1gb card, therefore i might buy a 2gb card for phone and psp. so that i can have alot of songs on the 2gb which when i take the phone out i can use as mp3 and then put it in the psp and play the same songs?

Is this possible and which file do i drop it in on both on the card?

if its the same memory card which i think it is, all you would need to copy would the mp3 song.

you may have problems if your phone needs them in a specific folder as the psp needs them under a specific folder.

if itll read stuff from anywhere on the mem card then your sorted!

nah it will be fine mate, i have both, with a 1gb card, and a 64mb card, which i am always swappin between the two.. cant remember where to put the mp3 off the top of my head, but it will work

I didnt think it was possible due to all the folders being different when formatted in the respective device?

It isn't possible. They both use the same card but the stuff needs to be in different folders.

^^^^aaaah pants thats a shame really wanted to get it running, well ill probly still buy a new 2gb card for the psp as they are getting cheaper, around 60 notes on some ebayers' coolio

yeah it does work, set it up so all your mp3s are in the folder so your psp would recognise them, and try it in your psp.. then take the card out, put it in your phone, and it will find them.. unless my phone is different but i am always changing the cards between the two.. ??

im on the case, which phone are you using?k750 or w800?
