T-mobile emailed me today to confirm my order.
WTF!
I called them and they said that NOBODY on T-mobile will be getting their phones on friday, even though when they SOLD me the contract they said I will have it on friday! b******s!
Not very happy.
Anyone heard anything from orange about their upgrades yet? I've had a text saying my order has been processed, but nothing on delivery date.
Expect to pay around £5 a month more when moving from OUK/TM to EE for the 4G services apparently.

Argh I can't decide whether to buy one or not.
I still have a year in my current contract so would I be best just buying a 5 outright and selling on my 4S and carrying on my contract?
Likely to be able to buy out of my current Voda deal without costing me too much?
Are O2 the only network who can offer me a £26pm contract? I don't want to pay anymore!
Same.
Ordered and paid last Friday.
I think thats a pretty good deal. I did find an unlimited data package on T-Mobile but I just don't need it !!
iPhone 5 32Gb
02 - £26/m - Unlimited Calls/Texts, 1Gb Data.
26x24 = 624
£300 phone
Total = £924
In Comparison, if you bought it outright and paid £15 a month sim only the overall cost would be £960, so the contract is cheaper.
Depends on your usage needs.
blimey thats a lot on top of the current tariffs, another £5er a month is a lot just for 4g
think ill go with o2, i wont get 4g coverage anyway.... thou the cheap 3 prices look tempting..
edit - read in another post that according to twitter the change will be free .. ?
I was surprised to read that Vodafone intend to charge customers £10 per month for FaceTime use if they are not on a £40 or upwards price plan. Bit cheeky.
I'm sure Ben can confirm the Facetime thing. Surely that's un-chargeable if it's done over wi-fi?
If you take a 5 and then want to change to EE then there will be no cost to do that (eg no early termination or penalties) but you will have to move to an EE 4G tariff which are expected to be around £5 a month more than a standard TM or OUK tariff (so a £36 TM tariff would be 2k mins, unlimited texts and data, the EE version would be £41) and you'll also need a new SIM.
Would it be possible to unlock a Vodafone iPhone 5?
I've searched this thread but can't see anything.
Cheers!
More than two million iPhone pre-orders in the first 24hours.

Wifi will be free, always has been. The charge is if you use Vodafone network data.
