Iphone with mrk1 172 stereo

Hey i guess this is prob a common question now but is the connect2 the only way to connect my Iphone to the car stereo.

I only ask as i am reluctant to pay 70 bucks for a cable.

Are there any home jobs that have been done that reproduce the same effect?

And is there anybody that has used this cable, and is it worth the money?

after posting i managed to source the connects2 cable on ebay for 50 bucks so think ill just go for that. thanks for the advo though.

This is the cheapest option for the "tuner list" in a 172.

Cheapest they may be, easy to deal with they certainly are not! I'd happily pay an extra £10 or £20 to avoid them. (ICExpress, not connects2)
