anyone know where i can get this from please, am told it is freeware?

friend of mine has lost his hdd and want to sync his ipod back to his pc and transfer the songs he had put onto the ipod back onto the hdd.

p.s. done a google, bit torrent and newsgroups search and either i am blind or its hard to find

while i am at it, i am trying to add some old cd's to my itunes and none of them seem to appear as a music cd to import within itunes, have ticked the option to take a little longer to be more thorough with the disc but i makes no difference, jsut won't import, other cd's will but i have a lot of old cd's, any idea what i can do?

Is it the new version of itunes that is stopping me or something else?
