Ipod & Itunes

The old man has got a 30gb ipod video which is loaded with approx 20gb of music.

His PC buggered up Saturday and his harddrive is corrupt and non repairable.

He bought a new HDD yesterday and wants me to import his songs from his ipod onto the new HDD

Is this possible? or will he have to reload all 20gb back on manually before his holiday on Friday?

there was a thread about this the other day. search. or try ipod util if i understand your problem correctly, although its unclear does he want to take his comp on holiday?

Search for sharepod.. will transfer all your tunes back to the hard drive and keep their names etc..
