is a front engine mounted strut brace a worthy investment?

I am thinking of getting one fitted but just want to know if any of you really notice a great difference and if u think its worth it?

Spot on. Uprated ARBs are a better bet.

Anti roll bars. I'm not sure where you can get hold of them though.

Yep, what I say every time someone asks the question about strut braces.

Someone will probably mention cup racers but those are dedicated track cars with a different suspension setup

i had a strut brace and it made no difference at all. don't bother unless its just for the looks

If anything it will increase understeer which the clio is already prone to

not had one on the clio but my lupo gti had top and bottom I found the top one did nothing at all but the bottom one made a big difference

Yes I have heard good things about the lower ones but never seen any for the 2.0??
