Is aluminium heat resistant cloth any good?

Ive been looking at this:

I was thinking about buying a sheet to cover my airbox as black obviously attracts heat. Would this help lower inlet temperatures?
Is it self adhesive?

Having looked at the page again I would gues it isn't self adhesive.
Would it be worth it to lower inlet temps though?

you have to buy foil tape if you want the adheisive stuff. Its not bad at all.

Do you reckon it would be worth it Ben?
I know black attracts heat but would it attract enough to increase inlet temps? I have felt the outside of the box after a run and it has been quite warm.

it can help a little, the thermo plastic that the box is made of doesnt absorb too much heat, but worth a go.
