Is it possible to remove tar spots without Re-polishing/waxing ?

I was wandering is it possible to remove tar spots without having to polish and rewax the car ?

As i have just clayed,polished and waxed my car not long ago.

I have AG Tar Remover and Autosmart Tardis Tar/Glue Remover which are great but don't want to use them if i can help it, as i'll have to go throught the polishing and waxing routine again after using them

Is there anything that will remove the tar spots other than the tar removers i have above ?

The tar spots are on my sill/sideskirts and some on my lower half of door (below the bump strip)

What do you's guys think ?

Tar remover will also remove any LSP that ison the paint, as will clay that can also be used to remove tar (not as well as a dedicated tar remover though).

Best bet is to just try and apply to as small areas as possible, and then re-apply your wax or sealant.

If the car is well protected they should just wash off with soap and water. If not you will have to tar remover and re-seal those areas.
