Is it possible to remove tar spots without Re-polishing/waxing ?

I was wandering is it possible to remove tar spots without having to polish and rewax the car ?

As i have just clayed, polished and waxed my car not long ago.

I have AG Tar Remover and Autosmart Tardis Tar/Glue Remover which are great but don't want to use them if i can help it, as i'll have to go throught the polishing and waxing routine again after using them :(

Is there anything that will remove the tar spots other than the tar removers i have above ?

The tar spots are on my sill/sideskirts and some on my lower half of door (below the bump strip) :(

What do you's guys think ?

Tar remover will also remove any LSP that ison the paint, as will clay that can also be used to remove tar (not as well as a dedicated tar remover though).

Best bet is to just try and apply to as small areas as possible, and then re-apply your wax or sealant.

If the car is well protected they should just wash off with soap and water. If not you will have to tar remover and re-seal those areas.
