Help again people,Ive been lookin for an engine for the almighty for a while and had ideas set on a 16v,got offered the whole lot for 500,then i started thinkin about a gtt cos its easier for a 1.4 rt been offered an engine,gearbox and loom for 190,2 full 5GTTs for 700,1 with proven 35k and fsh needs chassis welded and a raider with a blown head ,what should i go for?

If you can afford to, go for the whole car mate. Then you can rob everything out of it, dials etc.

Then you can sell any decent bits you dont want, then scrap it. Shouldnt work out too much more expensive then.
