Cant see a front spoiler, but its got a rear spoiler and its got anthracite alloys....

Any decent way to check (bar making the owner search on the dealers databases etc)

It's very easy to visually "add" packs to a 182.
As far as the suspension pack is concerned, an original sales receipt, Renault database search or get measuring the track is the only sure way I think.

so no real visual difference then... well not within usual oem tolerances of springs etc lol

It may even be that he's just had the wheels powder coated in anthracite. Nothing else.
